Six stations, in the order a piece passes through them.

Numbered because this is the real sequence. Each station has its own checkpoint in the QC process below.

Export warehouse with packed cartons06 · Packing & loading

Export packing

Foam, corner guards, pallets or crates, container loading at our own dock with a photographed loading plan.

Quality control

Seven checks. One photo report you can approve from your desk.

The report follows the same seven headings every time, so your QA team learns to read it once. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, your own agent) is welcome at step 6.

1Incoming

Raw material check

Cement lot, fibre batch, pigment weighed and logged. Water absorption test per sealer drum.

2Mould

Mould inspection

Surface, release agent, dimensions against drawing before every cast.

3Cast

Casting record

Batch weight, fibre content, operator, time. Thickness gauge on backing coats.

4Demould

First visual

Voids, pinholes, colour streaks. Rejects recycled into aggregate, not patched.

5Finish

Dimension and surface

Measured against the drawing, compared to the retained sample chip under daylight lamps.

6Final

Pre-shipment inspection

AQL 2.5 sampling, load test on 2% of pieces, photo set per SKU. Third-party inspectors join here.

7Pack
