Original equipment manufacturing: you bring the design, we build the mould, cast, finish, pack and label it as your product. An NDA is signed before any drawing is opened. Our OEM and ODM guide explains how to brief a factory. Moulds are invoiced once and stay yours; we store them in a locked mould bay.

From file to first container in 9–11 weeks for a new design.
Design review
We check the design for casting: draft angles, thin sections, reinforcement, how it packs. You get a DFM note with suggested changes, a unit price range and a tooling quote.
Master and mould
CNC-cut foam or 3D-printed master, then a silicone or fibreglass mould. Multi-part moulds for undercuts. You approve the master from photos before we pour the mould.
First article
Cast, cured, finished and measured against the drawing. Shipped by courier with colour chips. One revision round is included in the sample fee.
Sign-off and production slot
You approve the sample in writing. The proforma invoice shows the slot date, deposit and the retained sample reference. Moulds are duplicated for volume.
Casting, curing, finishing, QC
Daily production photos on request. 7-step QC against the approved sample; AQL 2.5 inspection by your agent is welcome.
Packing and export
Export packing, container loading at our dock, documents to your forwarder or ours.
Mould shop · GFRC castingSend 3D files or drawings. Samples leave the factory in 10–14 days.
We make the mould, cast the first pieces in your colour and finish, and send photos and the samples. After approval, production runs under your label with your packaging.
